Initiating a return
To initiate a return, we suggest you contact usĀ 7-days withinĀ taking receipt of your order. Please use this form to initiate the return, and include the following details:

- Reason for return - please provide as much details as possible.
We will respond back within 24 hours to start the return process with a return label if it qualifies our return window. If we decide to accept the return, we will issue a shipping label, and provide instructions.

Return Shipping Charges
Customer pays a flat $8 fee for return shipping. We will issue a certified label depending on the order/weight and instructions.
Return Terms & Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item you purchasedĀ
- Must be in the same condition as you received it. This includes preserving the original tags, and it's original packaging (including the dust cloth if provided).
- We will issue refunds only after receiving the item and inspecting it forĀ any damages.
- We will apply a restocking fee if the product appears damaged or is missing the original tags/packaging.

- We will NOT accept returns after 30 days from the time of delivery.
Refund Processing Times
Your refunds will be processed ONLY after we have received the item.
We will notify you once weāve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youāll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
