This crossbody is adorable, but way too small for me because I need to carry keys, glasses, makeup, money, credit cards, brush, etc. I am giving Savvy five stars because of exceptional customer service, caring and kindness in both purchasing this product and in the unfortunate return. Tish is a superstar in her field.

I bought this handbag because it has many pockets. Also, the main compartment is bigger than I thought it would be. Now I can put my mobile phone in a separate compartment and the water bottle and umbrella in the main compartment. Still, I have more space to put my wallet, tissues, make-up items, etc.,

And ... customer service was great. They answered all my questions. The only drawback I see is their response tiem is usually 24 hours. Other than that, I really love these guys!
