Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you ordered the wrong item or size, the quickest solution is to return the item (see our Return Policy) and place a new order for the correct item. If you catch the mistake early, let us know right away and we may be able to cancel the original order before it ships.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, swimwear, or items marked as "Final Sale" — unless they arrived damaged or defective. If you received a defective item, please contact us and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
