We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. We are sorry, we do not currently support international shipping.
Tracking Shipment
After you place the order and your payment is cleared with our backend, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number to track your shipment.

- We DO NOT operate in the non-contiguous states and territories: Alaska (AK), American Samoa (AS), Federated States of Micronesia (FM), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), Marshall Islands (MH), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PW), Puerto Rico (PR), US Virgin Islands (VI), Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP).
- We DO NOT process international shipping orders. This includes Canada, and Mexico too.

Despite our best intentions, things can sometimes go wrong. We understand this, and our refund policies are designed to reflect that.
Initiating a return
To initiate a return, we suggest you contact us 7-days within taking receipt of your order. Please use this form to initiate the return, and include the following details:
- Order number.
- Reason for return - please provide as much details as possible.
We will respond back within 24 hours to start the return process with a return label if it qualifies our return window. If we decide to accept the return, we will issue a shipping label, and provide instructions.

Return Shipping Charges
Customer pays a flat $8 fee for return shipping. We will issue a certified label depending on the order/weight and instructions.
Return Terms & Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item you purchased
- Must be in the same condition as you received it. This includes preserving the original tags, and it's original packaging (including the dust cloth if provided).
- We will issue refunds only after receiving the item and inspecting it for any damages.
- We will apply a restocking fee if the product appears damaged or is missing the original tags/packaging.
- We will issue the return shipping label. To initiate the return, contact our customer support here.
- We will NOT accept returns after 30 days from the time of delivery.
Refund Processing Times
Your refunds will be processed ONLY after we have received the item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
