Despite our best intentions, things can sometimes go wrong. We understand this, and our refund policies are designed to reflect that.
Initiating a return
To initiate a return, we suggest you contact us 7-days within taking receipt of your order. Please use this form to initiate the return, and include the following details:
- Order number.
- Reason for return - please provide as much details as possible.
We will respond back within 24 hours to start the return process with a return label if it qualifies our return window. If we decide to accept the return, we will issue a shipping label, and you will be charged a flat fee of 5$.

To qualify for a return, the item you purchased
- Must be in the same condition as you received it. This includes preserving the original tags, and it's original packaging (including the dust cloth if provided).
- We will issue refunds only after receiving the item and inspecting it for any damages.
- We will apply a restocking fee if the product appears damaged or is missing the original tags/packaging.
- We will issue the return shipping label. To initiate the return, contact our customer support here.
- We will NOT accept returns after 30 days from the time of delivery.
Refund Processing Times
Your refunds will be processed ONLY after we have received the item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds on pre-owned / clearance items
From time to time, we will sell preowned or put items on a clearance sale. All preowned/clearance item sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.
NOTE: This policy doesn't affect our seasonally discounted items.
