How Refunds Are Processed

Once your return arrives at our facility and passes inspection, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method and send you a confirmation email. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, as processing times vary by bank or card provider.

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different size or style, simply return your original item and place a new order. This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible.
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us right away through our support form. Include photos of the damage and your order number, and we'll arrange a free return with a full refund — no matter when you received it within the 30-day window.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically issued within 2–3 business days. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the refund to your account.
If you return within the first 7 days, shipping is completely free. Between days 8 and 30, a flat $8 fee is deducted from your refund. In both cases, we provide the return label — you never have to figure out shipping on your own.
